I am writing this review because I think that Superior Roofing did a great job of replacing the entire roof of our home eight years ago along with several other repairs around our house. Then, last week, after Hurricane Hilary struck California, we discovered a small leak in our garage that was caused by the tropical storm damaging our roof. Because I remembered how pleased I had been with their service in the past, I immediately contacted Superior Roofing the day after experiencing the leak, asked them to repair the damage, inspect the entire roof, set up a maintenance plan for the future, and guarantee our roof for two more years. They were very responsive and sent someone out to look at our roof early the next day. The estimator was at my home the next morning as early as I had requested, so I could make it to work by 7:30AM. By noon that same day, they provided me with a very reasonable estimate to repair the leak, inspect the entire roof, initiate a maintenance plan, and guarantee our roof for two years. I agreed and they were at our home the next morning ready to begin the job. They finished all of the repairs and inspection before noon. Based upon their expert inspection by a highly qualified and licensed roofer employed by Superior Roofing and upon his recommendation, our roof inspection and the repairs that have been completed in a professional workmanlike manner on our property upon completing inspection and repairs, our home’s roof covering has been deemed by them to be in a satisfactory condition with no evidence of any leaks. I paid them the next day and they emailed me their signed annual maintenance plan & two year roof certification within the hour after picking up my payment check. Superior Roofing communicates promptly and efficiently with a tremendous amount of friendly responsiveness. Our family is extremely pleased with the professionalism and expertise of Superior Roofing.
