I'm trying to settle this debt because I'm trying to buy a home and hp Sears is holding me back from buying the house I'm 2 points short all I need is HP sears to write a letter and email it to stating that they will take it off my credit report but they are hard to get in touch with.

I tried to settle a dispute where I have the receipts to prove I’m correct and they not only wouldn’t accept the receipts but went ahead and hit my credit. This is a shady collection agency with unprofessional people working thereHerbert P. Sears Co., Inc. Response

I have requested validation from this company stating that I owe them any kind of debt, and to provide me documentation with my signature stating I owe them this debt, They failed to send me any documents with my signature on them. They keep sending copies of a document of procedures that I may have gotten done from a different company without my signature and those document has another company located on the document.....Herbert P. The consumer was made aware 1-24-2022 that this account was closed back to our client as uncollectable. The breakdown of the bill as well as a signed promissory note were mailed to the consumer 11-19-2020 yet the consumer continued to dispute the charges electronically.Review from Andrea L

I have requested validation from this collection company since November of 2020, January, and April to no avail. I sent off multiple validation requests certified and have been ignored though they have received numerous letters. They continuously report this invalidated debt to the credit bureaus AND they continue to increase the balance without telling me anything. What I have requested is well within my FCRA rights and they have ignored my request yet continues to report which is against my FCRA rights. I just want this resolved.
