If I could leave 0 starts I would. First off every employee there is rude, from on the phone to in person. Second they left my STOLEN vehicle out on the public road, unlocked with all my valuables in it with my broken back window. Didnt even bother to put a bag or anything over my window and it was pouring down rain!!! the whole interior of my car was soaked. you charged me $580 for what, you left my car on an open road, still very easy to be stolen again? They should shut this place down immediately money hungry, worst customer service and they dont even care about your vehicles or valuables. They charged me to park my car OUTSIDE no security nothing to make sure my car didnt get stolen again. Then the lot that they give you directions to go pick up your car is totally wrong had me driving around looking for my car. I feel bad for anybody who gets their car towed by these people. Expect bad customer service with bad attitudes, pay an arm and a leg and then some. charged me for 3 days to hold my car when it was only there for 2?Review from Adrianna H

They prey on vulnerable people like seniors. They hide behind their black gate so you can never see who it is youre speaking to. They waste your time. Their charges are outrageously high. And yes, they ******** your vehicle from ****** and hide it out in San Bernardino just so they can charge you a higher price.Review from Elaine S

There is no way to give them less than a star. Their customer service is horrible they have bad attitudes they need to be more understanding that your car was just towed and now you're going to have to take out a small loan to get it back from them because prices are outrageous. I believe that they are scandalous people I had a parking permit in my car and it expired the next day but when I parked the car that night it was legit .at 2 in the morning I was towed for expired permit. I believe they just watch and wait for any little thing and was it was on a weekend I was unable to get another pass and charged additional fees. 10 or 12 years ago the owner of this company was charged with fraud and I don't believe any of there practices have changed. they are still Shady shameful people that need to take customer service classes.Review from Shelley R

My son lives in the apartment complex across from UCSB. His car was parked in his garage. The garage door was opened by a room mate and not shut. Wilsons Towing illegally towed it out of his garage saying there was no permit. It was caught on camera by a neighbor. We called the police they confirmed it's illegal to tow it from a garage. My son went to get his car from Wilsons. After a long discussion w/ the incompetent manager they did not charge my son to get his car back BUT my son signed to get it back and therefore we could not include them in our lawsuit. We did take the apartment complex and the management company for the apartment complex to small claims and we won. The judge clearly said it was illegal to take his car out of his garage even if there is no parking permit. Wilsons and the apartment complex continue to scam these college students.Review from Valerie V

Our truck got towed last night and this afternoon my father went by to pick it up and they had the most terrible service!!! when he approached the gate to pay and take our truck out the man asked him what was his form of payment and he proceeded to tell him that he was paying with his debit card. when the man took the card my father couldnt see where he was submitting the payment so he told him "hey i cant see what youre doing with my card" like any other person would. and the man told him "you have two options you can complain about it OR go get cash from an atm or just let me swipe the card. Then once the payment was submitted the man asked him for his license and TRUCK KEYS to supposedly go check the glove department for registration which is complete BS because when you run the license plate # the owners name should come up. Then the man proceeded to take the truck keys and drive OUR truck out of the yard which is a LIABILITY on their end, not only did my dad not give them any permission to drive it out but the truck had some damages when my dad received it. in these cases the truck should have not been driven out IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOWED OUT. Another issue we had was that the truck got towed in RIALTO and they towed it all the way to SB to be able to charge more for the towing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.Review from Mary E

Wilson towing does predatory towing from apartments. My daughters car was stolen by their tow truck out of her own assigned parking spot and she will never get her car back from Wilson. They make a living from putting others in a disadvantage which is something I will never support. When she arrived at Wilson towing the employees laughed at her from behind their locked wall as she cried that car is all she has to get to work. She has now lost her job due to no transportation and will face eviction next. Such a shame that is how you guys make your livingReview from Cynthia M.

My car was towed from my moms apartment complex she babysat for me while I carpooled to work and parked my car for the day her husband got home at 3pm car was still parked by 5:40pm it was towed I called and was told by a very rude lady that since it was after hours it would be extra $145 the fees were already $350 she stated if I waited for next morning and I arrived after 8am but before 10:30 am which was the time on paper that supposedly my car was towed I wouldnt have to pay after hour fees.. so I showed up the next morning at 8:30am and the metal door said closed when I called the phone number one person said I needed an appointment then put me on hold another person told me to come by not knowing I was already parked at towing lot. They were very unprofessional & rude they tried to intimidate me by cussing behind a full metal closed gate.. I texted them both my license since I did a name change. I explained that I was told the evening prior that I wouldn’t have to pay after hour fee and said let me see what I can do comes back to gate asked me for 145 then comes back and says now you owe extra 340 when I asked her if she was going to waive the fee she said nope and then I hear men cussing saying what the **^<* she asking *.^* that. She hands me my change from gate and says grab your keys go around the block your car is parked on street.
