Buyer beware. I went in for warranty work on my front breaks, they were squeaking after only 7 months of having my front rotors, driver side caliper and pads replaced. At the time, no other recommendations were made. I was told there was a 1 year warranty on that work. I guess that was to soften the blow of paying $700 for this work to be done, which has a lot of mark ups on parts. So they tell me I have hot spots and it's probably because of my driving habits. BS, never had this issue before in my 39 years of driving. And it was only 7k miles on the new parts. They said they will honor the warranty, but guess what, only if I now replace my right front caliper and do a complete back break job including rotors and pads. That job was going to cost me and additional $1035. Wow!, great warranty. Sounds more like extortion to me. If my back brakes and front right caliper were addressed the first time I visited them, I would have done it then. But it wasn't. But now to have my warranty honored, I have to have them done. Simply ridiculous and more like extortion. Needless to say, I will be doing the work myself and taking them to small claims court to get back some of the money for the parts on the front that need to be replaced. Avoid this business at all costs, it once was great, but under new management, I can only give it a 1 rating because they don't have negative numbers. Good luck, this is my first time posting on BBB. I also put up one of my first Yelp reviews ever. That is how angry I am over this company.
