Be aware of salesperson Pervez Azmat ! We reserved Gx through him and provided all information and paperwork. He kept our information and we Meet the agreement and come in person complete the paperwork however when car arrived he said can’t be picked up because of recall and few days later said car is shipped to other dealer not belonging to his dealership anymore ! Fully scam and liar ! How do you hire this guy as your salesperson? Unprofessional and not respectful! Wast our time to wait for vehicle! Will never go back and be aware! went to lexus to have my driver side trim panel replaced due to a dent i believe came from my elbow resting on the panel. my car is a 2021 RX 450 Hybrid i was told this is a one time replacement that the part was not defective that it was my fault there was a dent where my elbow rest on the panel!! i replied with Seriously? i weigh 130 pounds my elbow weighs probably 2 pounds so that would cause a dent? no, im sure it wouldn't > also my gas gauge wasn't reading my fuel as I had added gas and it took 2 days for it to read it properly,so I asked the Service Advisor Morgan C**** to look @ it. as he proceeded to tell me my car was a Hybrid I stopped him to let him know I've owned two Hybrids prior to this one and this has never happened. then i asked him severeal times to explain why because its a Hybrid the gauge wouldn't move where he dismissed me and said he was going to just get the service Manager David to help me, who never came. so Morgan came to have me sign papers and as i was explaining to someone what had just happened to me with Morgon he called me a Liar and said he didn't do any of what I just said he did!!! so he was basically calling m a Liar on how he treated me and what he said to me!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VECHILE AGAIN!!! THEY THINK IT'S OK TO TREAT PEOPLE IN THIS MANNER!!!SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!
