I was illegally evicted and locked out of my home by my sister ***** ********. She and I are the only 2 beneficiaries of her supposed husband's estate. She put her husband *** ***** in a long-term care facility and refused to pick him up after he recovered from an operation. She began having an affair with a con artist liar that threatened to leave her if she didn't remove me as power of attorney. He physically assaulted me when I tried to get into my house. I contacted Lloyd ****** Law Group and spoke with **** ****** and hired him to defend me. Weeks later **** ****** contacted me via email. I spent hours compiling a list of my belongings at my house. About a week later, he added a few sentences to my list and supposedly mailed the demand letter with no response. He postponed a hearing on a restraining order ***** filed on me and did so by lying to police. I don't have my cat whom I love and cry every day over and I have no belongings whatsoever. I own everything in the house and I have beautiful things and clothes. **** did not even know about the hearing that I needed representation to have restraining order thrown out so I could get my items and my cat. I expressed the severity of time being of the essence because I was homeless without even my medication or bank cards or my clothes. *****'s boyfriend ***** ********* changed the locks to my home. **** had no game plan for my case and he prolonged my suffering to this day. I feel like I was conned for $3500.00 My devastation is so much worse since hiring **** ******. He didn't do even $50.00 worth of work and insulted every part of my being. He said he couldn't appear on my behalf at the hearing that he had postponed because he was busy that day. He has done nothing and hasn't offered or done anything other than send a letter and I don't know if he even did that because there was no response from *****. **** ****** is requesting $7000.00 to continue my case he is treating with zero interest and zero effort .
