Had to replace our bathroom floor, floor board, redo the plumbing, put in a new sink and bathtub after the company did our plumbing. What a mess, what a costly project, and the company did not have the the decency to return my calls, or answer any of the letters that I wrote. We paid the company close to $4,000 to do the plumbing and the cost to repair the project, not once but twice since the second time the plumbing leaked it was in a different area in the bathroom, came to a total of over $7,000, A truly disappointing experience costing more than just the financial aspect. The first time I contacted the BBB in 2020, i was told that the time frame for filing a complaint had expired. I tried again to contact Weisenborn, but again no answer, I have not contacted the company concerning the second time, which was this month . We again had a problem with the same plumbing project. This month, September 2021, our tennants called and said the floor in the bathroom/utility room was feeling "soft". I went to look at the floor, and then we went into the basement and found that the plumbing between the walls between the two rooms had leaked and damaged the floor boards, and the floor joices. I had to immediately find someone to do the repairs as the home only has one bathroom with a family of 4. We started on the project, which turned out to be an entire week of tearing out the floor, replacing all of the floor boards, subfloor, the bathtub, the sink, and doing the plumbing again, as the original plumbers did not even have a drain trap or shutoff valve under the sink. They had put in the sink using some type of glue (?) which we could not even pull it away from the wall without ripping off the wall boards. The contactor had to reattach the sink, commode each night so the tennants would be able to use the bathroom. Each day we found something else that had to be replaced or repaired. I have kept receipts for this current problem as well as the previous time. As a landlord, I put faith in the companies I call to fix a problem. I expect the best workmanship from the people that do work for me. These problems that I had to deal with are not acceptable.
