            They sell certificates to places of business but when the business goes out of business or states they will Not accept them they do not respond to emails, phone calls or they claim they don’t have us in the system. How is that possible when we have the certificates in hand. We want to be refunded for all of the certificates that do not work that has been paid for in full prior to them sending us the certificates. These certificates are promoted on the radio stations. Attached is one of many that do not work. Total reimbursement is $500 plus

            I purchased 2 Wilderness of the Smokies passes for ice skating in February. When I received the tickets there was no expiration date on the passes. I called Wilderness and they told me that the skate rink is no longer offered. They werent sure if they would offer it again but if they did it would be later in the year. I contacted Neofill asking for a refund or an alternative offer to use what I've spent the money on. They told me they needed to contact the company that was offering the "deal". They then responded back saying they would allow me to use the same amount I spent on another deal. However it could only be for the total amount spent or LESS. There are no other deals offered on their site for 17.99 each. I purchased this in Feb and now the end of April and they have taken my money with NOTHING in return. Offers listed should be valid and available at the time of purchase!! How can a company sell tickets to something that is not offered?
