            Auto Aid replaced my transmission and when I got the car back it leaked transmission fluid, had a horrible grinding sound, and I could still hear the original sound that I was hearing before rendering my car for service. After they took a second look at the car I was told it was the bellhousing. I was confused, isn't the bellhousing a part of the transmission. Not understanding why this wasn't addressed the first time, I agreed to let them do further work and after returning the car the second time (April 21-23, 2021), it was left sitting on the lot. After two days I called them to inquire on the progress and was rudely told by the female answering the phone she knew nothing on the progress and then another female chimed in saying something to the nature that I needed to come get my "**" car. I went in and speaking with the male, a female came in saying how I had given a "**" bad review on ****** and was handed my keys, leaving the issue I went there for unresolved.
