    I purchased. 2019 Ford Fusion last week.I was verbally told the car was 22500 but would sell it for 21500. I said great.I totally trusted my salesman Mark ******* as he was from ************ ./I told him my credit score was around 830! so please shop around and get me a low rate. He said they got me a 3.56 rate.. When I got home and study the purchase agreement they charged m 22000 instead of 21500!also they financed at ********** Bank with a 4.68! Interest rate . No problem it’s my fault for trusting My complaint is I want my owners Manuel which they have not provided and promised. Also I need the door code which they didn’t have . I said I can take it to **** **** and have them download from the computer as this Ford dealership is two blocks from my house.The sales manger said it costs money to pull the code.I called **** **** in Steubenville and was told it costs 50 dollars. Guess said I can bring it back to them and they could pull the code. Now I have health problems and it is difficult for me to drive .All I want is my owners manual and fit Guess to arrange for **** ***** in Steubenville to pull the code and just pay the 50 bucks I would even split the 50 dollars. .I am sure they probably received some kind of kickback from ********** **** and they won’t even pay for my computer code for which they should have known before I left the lot as well as provide the owners manuals.

    Horrible Experience!! I purchased a used truck a few weeks ago. The first test drive when I started the engine from a cold start it ran extremely rough for a few minutes but then was fine, I was told it had just arrived & hadn’t been through an inspection yet but would be taken care of. A few days later I received a call that the truck was ready if I was still interested. This time when I drove it the engine was warm so it ran fine but I asked if the problem was resolved, I was told yes it was a bad mass air flow sensor & we replaced it. I made the purchase that day, but every time it is started from a cold start the same problem occurs. I then stopped at the service department about a week later & explained the problem & made an appointment. After leaving I received a call that my salesman said they will not cover this because there was no warranty on the vehicle, I explained this problem was present before the purchase. After talking to a few people they told me they would take care of it. When I picked it up after the appointment, again was told it was a bad mass air flow sensor & they replaced it ??. The next morning again same issue & I called once again. At first I was told to bring it back but again received another call telling me this… We will run another diagnostic on the vehicle & if it comes up as the mass air flow sensor again we will take care of it, however if that’s not the diagnosis we get you are responsible for not only the repair but the cost of running a diagnostic. I will never spend another dime at Guess motors!!!! I also tried multiple times to write this review on their website but it conveniently wouldn’t post.
