Excellent company great windows very pleased would certainly recommend fast service

I do not recommend using this company. We bought all new windows with this company. They were quick to come give the quote and they wanted Etransfer asap for payment. Which I sent asap. Once they got the money that’s when things changed. Months later we got the windows installed however within 2 weeks every single window failed. We let them know asap they came to look again many months later. They said it was there manufacture why the windows all failed and they would be replacing them. Ok fine! It happens! Keep in mind this was 2020 in 2021 they finally came to replace 4 of the 7 windows because the guy forgot some and broke some on his way. Well 2 of those 4 windows failed again within 2 weeks. Wait some more guy comes back to confirm they failed once again. It’s now 2023 and I’ve called every month asking what’s going on and they tell me my windows are ready but they only have 1 installer and he’s making money in Calgary. So where does that leave us? I had to comment on Facebook to warn others of our experience to get a reply. They have promised me date after date when they will be calling with a install date and I’m still waiting for this scheduled date. Not professional at all. I wish we went with a local company in Prince Albert as this has been dragged on way to long. Now I’m afraid they will come install but will fail again as we are now into the 3rd set of windows all failing prior. (Failing as you can’t see through the glass very foggy and moisture between the glass) triple pain windows is what we bought. Do your research before choosing a glass company and read reviews. Lesson learnt.

I have been so impressed with this company. Im glad I ended up using them after getting four different quotes. Although their price wasnt the lowest, it was middle of the road and fair. Very good value I would say. It did take six months, but we had winter in there and they were upfront about their timeline. We had two new doors installed, one steel and one fiberglass. The quality is excellent. We also had our bay window replaced and all the supporting wall underneath had to be replaced as well. ****** from the ******** office was our sale rep. I loved that he was also someone who had done installing and that knowledge and understanding was apparent when we talked about the job and the reconstruction that needed to take place with the bay window. I wanted a company that knew what they were doing as it wasnt just a simple install. We went with triple pane windows and they are top quality. I think the most impressive aspect was our installer Vadzim. He knows what he is doing. He took his time and did a great job, never cutting any corners. He has a eye for detail and had to come up with different trim ideas due the age of our house and gaps around our brick exterior. He didnt skimp on the insulation, which was so important to us. They hadnt scheduled enough days to complete the project, so he came back on his day off and was so easy going about it putting in a full 12 hour day, doing the job right. I can highly recommend this company.

poor quality, lousy management. I had made a complaint over half year for failure Window replacement. Came in yesterday with wrong size. This is not the first time. Almost all the Window had been replaced once after installation. ridiculous, very disappointed

We had a great experience with this company, right from measuring, getting estimate to actual installation. Installation was very seamless and they were very professional, tidy and respectful. I would and have recommended this company to Family and Friends.Thanks a lot!!!!.********************

Tried to reach out to get a quote but the "customer service" after making a online request. First off no call came in but I got an email to give them a call back that they had just called me. When I called back the customer service person was more worried about my info because they did not have it (though they did have it because they already had sent me a email) that she did not listen to me and then explained the "non existent" call to me 3 times telling me it had been a bad connection. So I requested to speak to manager 5 times before a supervisor came on who went right back to "WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION". Once again I asked to speak to manager and was told that "our company is particular" really I think it is customers that should be particular about this company It was obviously a call center that was disorganized and unable to deal with real questions If they can't be organized or listen to a customer trying to do business with them what kind of service would they do if they were really hired to do a job WASTE OF MY TIME..... AVOID

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! It's a long story but it had to be said so people know what I am dealing with them.I originally gave them 5 stars. I still stand by my comments about **** who is a nice guy and will not try to oversell what you need.That being said...from when the first installation crew came and butchered the whole installation. They did not use any shims to support or center the windows. They filled all the gaps with clear silicone up to 3/4". I had the installation manager come and look at the HORRIBLE installation.He agreed they need to be Fixed. The original installers said it would take a couple hours to install 4 windows and a patio door. I knew that was not going to be accurate. It ended up taking them 11hrs into the next day. I have lots of pictures of their shoddy workmanship but am posting pictures of the 'repairs' after they came back to fix the job.To their credit the repairs were much better when they were finished. The following week the COLD came. The patio door had at least 1 inch of ice all the way up the middle between the sliding panels and along the bottom and the right and left sides. The master and spare bedroom windows also had ice. The installation manager ******* came back to see the ice. He said it was because of the room not having enough insulation. This may be somewhat true but the seals between the sliding panels were not sealing at all. He agreed that they will replace the patio door and master bedroom window with brand new ones. I wanted the spare bedroom replaced as well but he did not commit to it. He said it would be about a week to get the now patio door and window.That was February 10th. It is now March 25th and no work has been done. I messaged ******* a couple times in the 5 weeks when he said they would be fixed. He said I will be contacted when they are ready. I finally called the office and they only have the master bedroom window there and nothing was ever processed for the patio door. They wanted to come install the one window this weekend but I declined as I didn't want numerous trips to repair AGAIN.I used SNAP financial for the financing of our repairs. Window Seal West received their money before they even started the work here. I paid $6000 for this work and am EXTREMELY disappointed with this experience woth WSW.The original installers damaged my newly painted cabinets and wore their boots in my house.None of the installers at any time ever wore masks or asked if I wanted them to.Here are some pics of the thick ice on my 1 week old brand new windows.The timeline they gave for them to be ready was good. That is the ONLY good thing I can say about this company. The first time they came Sent a hack installer named *****. All the windows and patio door were not square and would not close properly. They sent a second crew (their most experienced installer ****** and ******* the manager). They had to remove all the windows and reinstall them. It looked a lot better. This was **** We are having our siding replaced and when they pulled off the siding they noticed the windows were not installed according to code. They did not put Tyvec or any kind of water repellent around them. Only spray foam and silicone. Because of this water got behind the siding causing water damage. Fortunately the plywood does not need to be replaced. The siding company South Peak Exteriors will do the repairs and add the proper sealant which will cost me hundreds of dollars extra. I called them today and was told ******* would call me right back. No calls. Here is a pic of my plywood water damage. You can tell this is definitely new water damage. If I could give negative stars.. I Would!

For myself, what makes this company outstanding and deserving of five stars is the experience and ability of the installation crew. These people could deal with the often unforeseen challenges present in the "inventive" framing of some older homes, still resulting in timely, sound and attractive results.*** S

This is the second time I have used Windows Seal ****. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company. The first time, they replaced two bedroom windows, and they also made screens for windows that we purchased from another company that didn't fit, never fit and the company would not come back to remeasure and make new ones! These fit perfectly and they never charged us for this service.The second time we had four windows replaced in our basement. One was an egress window. **** was simply amazing, digging out the hole, replacing cement, it was perfect! The other two gentlemen replaced the other three windows in less than 6 hours, cleaned up after themselves and you would never have known there were there.I give this company five stars, they are incredible!!! Thank you to ****, our sales representative and **** and his team!!!"
