The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

My vehicle was towed from ******** ***** near ************** on April 28, 2021 around 6pm following a collision. Police and my father were on scene when my vehicle was being hooked up to the tow truck and we all witnessed the tow driver cause significant damage to the passenger side of my vehicle, which had been completely undamaged in the collision. The tow driver attempted to hook up rollers under the back wheels but was unable to secure them because of the vehicle's proximity to the curb. He pulled the car forward with the tow truck and the unsecured back rollers flipped up and severely scratched the rear passenger side of the vehicle. The driver took full responsibility for the damage and showed me an email being sent to his superior taking full responsibility as well as before and after pictures. The tow company refuses to respond to my repeated calls despite often promising a response within 48 hours.
