We had Thuro come complete a sewer liner for ** and they did an incredible job. The project coordinator is highly efficient, patient, and knowledgeable. Right from the beginining all the information you need is provided. We had a lot of questions and they quickly responded. The work was scheduled quickly and also coordinated seamlessly with the City. On the day of the work the crew was also very efficient and hard working - literally not a moment wasted. When faced with a change of plan they still completed the work on time. The final liner looks awesome and we look forward to no more sewer problems. We would definitely recommend this company and use them for any other needs in the future.

We engaged Thuro to do a sewer liner in our home in *******. Their previous camera inspection showed the potential for this as a viable solution. They did the job on the day scheduled and the costs were exactly *********. It turned out that a patch was required and they did this also as scheduled and at no further cost to us. Their employees, both at our home and in the office, were courteous and helpful, answering questions clearly. I am happy to recommend them.************

The sanitary sewer line from our home to the City sewer main plugged due the slow deterioration and collapsing of the ********** no-corrode, bitumen and wood fiber sewer pipe installed in many communities in ******* in the early 60s. Called a plumber who got the line flowing again, video inspected the line and obtained quotes to repair/replace the line. We decided the best option for ** was to hire Thuro to replace our line using the Cure In Place (CIP) solution.From the initial contact with Thuro, investigation of the problem, discussing the various ways the line could be repaired, project coordination, administration and coordination of a cost ************ with the City on the City portion of the line, through to the completion of the repair their team was professional, hard working, worked well together and did a great job. We subsequently hired Thuro for some plumbing work and once again they did a great job.The Thuro staff were easy to work with and they did excellent work, I recommend Thuro for sanitary sewer line replacement.

I am 100% satisfied with my epoxy cure in place liner, and with Thuro's process from beginning to end. They took care of the coordination with the City for cost sharing, and when it wasn't necessary to dig a trench in my basement floor to access the line, I received a full credit on the cost savings to me.

We had the plumber come out he was very friendly he did everything that needed to be done quickly he was very knowledgeable and efficient I will definitely use them again when needed and recommend them to everyone I know great company great staff

Had to pick one star. Don't let that fool you. This is not a phony online review paid for public relations hack industry. Complete ********, ****** Disrupted whole block on street for a week. Instead of piling earth on their own client's yard, they spread yards and yards of dug up clay soil all the way down the street in front of other peoples' houses/driveways. Trapped and threatened helpless handicapped seniors in their homes. No way for fire trucks and ambulances to get to distressed people quickly in an emergency. STAY AWAY unless you want to be ***** ****** and sued by your neighbours.******************** *******

Our condo complex ************** in Cedarbrae hired Thuro Inc. 5 years ago for the first inspection of the sanitary and storm lines under the complex. Because we were very satisfied with their job we rehired Thuro Inc. this year again. Like 5 years ago they provided the same quality of inspection, including video runs inside lines. They also provided a list of possible issues. What we very much appreciated was no pressure to perform any repairs. They openly stated that the conditions of these issues have not changed in 5 years since the last inspection. We intend to hire Thuro Inc. for the future inspections. We have required the services of Thuro and the company they work with twice to clear our blocked sewer line due to a slumping pipe situation and we have been most pleased with their promptness and service. On both occasions, the fellows who cleared the line were friendly, competent, willing to answer questions and overall just great people.
