We are extremely embarrassed and humiliated by the behavior's of some of our workers. It was a very distasteful prank they thought they were playing on the next roofing crew to remove the shingles. It was inexcusable and the offending members have been disciplined and were removed from the job. This is not something our company condones and we are very embarrassed by the actions of some individuals. As soon as we were informed we took immediate action. The business owner spoke with yourself and your husband to try and appease the situation. It was after those conversation and after we thought we had resolved the situation did we see your reviews all over the internet.
Our crew did their best to clean up mid job before they left for the night as they were in the very middle of your roof and removing thousands of nails when this review was written. The cigarette butts are inexcusable and should never be left; period.
Yes their prank was in very poor taste, but their ability to install a quality roof that will last for years has not changed. Our other reviews speak to the knowledgeable, hard working men we employ. This was a very inappropriate incident that will never happen again.
