We hired West Quality Roofing to fix our roof and siding. We spent a lot of money doing level 4 roofing and ****** board siding and well as extra insulation underneath. They sent a crew of 2 guys to do our roof and one of them was only 16 years old. They left garbage and nails everywhere. Our neighbours had nails in their a/c unit and their new a/c cover got wrecked. They installed the ridge capping crooked and we had to point it out to them before they came back to fix it. They also did not reinstall the evestrough right and I had to climb up and put it back on myself. Overall, we were not very pleased with our roofing. The siding went well and the end product was good. They did install some new window edgings we did not ask for and were trying to **** us almost $1000. We met them halfway to help them out and paid $500 of it even though we did not ask for it. They did forget to do some finishing touches, put our fence back in upside down and the garbage company that dropped the bin chipped our driveway. Our back porch light was left hanging loose and they said they would come fix it. Almost 2 weeks later, I reattached it myself. 8 months after it was "done" our neighbour who works at a different roofing company pointed out that our chimney did not get done in ****** board. We called the company and told them, they said they would be out the next week to finish it. Almost a month a half later after complaining to them, I told them I was going to call the better business bureau to complain. They arrived the next day almost and finished it. Francois said that they would have seen it and fixed it as they had crews in the area. I felt he would not have noticed as it was already 8 months done and they had been up there looking with a drone camera. Overall, we are happy with the finished product, but I would not recommend this company to anyone else. There are lots of other companies to choose from.
