$480 to install a supplied toilet plus a $70 charge just for showing up, ridiculous. Then they were supposed to be trying to clear an obstruction in the drain for the washing machine, they lost a piece of equipment in the pipe. When they couldn't retrieve it through the pipe they said they would have to go through a tile wall. However, they refused to cover fixing any damage they did. We told them to leave. Don't use this company.

******, thanks for your comments. The issue surrounding that drain was in fact a difficult drain, do to it's age and how it was run. We did our best and once in while this will happen. Sorry you weren't satisfied.If you like you can also call and ask for me to discuss further.

Extremely ************ and Over Charging If I could rate this company 0, I would. The service call was for a diagnostic of the furnace, it was supposed to be $67+gst, my senior parents were charged $404.78 and no work was done. The service man said the furnace fan needs to be replaced and would cost $2K to place and 1 week wait time! Alternatively my parents could install a new furance for $8000. We got second opinion and another company fixed it for $200 and it was only thermostat malfuncition. But the Instant Plumbing & Heating service man still charged my senior parents for total of $404.78 for taking measurements for the possible new furnace installation! No receipts or invoice is given to justify his work. We called Instant Plumbing to complain, they acknowledge that it was over charged and will refund ** and that they will send out reciept for our record. It has been 2 months, no refund, no receipt. We emailed them several times, no response. We have all the emails from their office, too bad its just empty promises.There are lots of company out there with more integrity and professionalism, you are better off with anyone of of them then this company!

Commendable punctuality, cleanliness, professionalism, and very thorough. **** was invaluable in providing information and options and clearly has the experience to inform his suggestions.Instant Plumbing provides the customer with reminders and notices of impending arrival. This is the company I will call in the future.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICES THIS COMPANY GIVES YOU OVER THE PHONE!!!Yesterday (15 Nov 2021) I was on the phone with ***** of this company (Instant Plumbing and Heating). ***** is a plumber and now answering the phone. He gave me a price for a 50 Gallon Water tank with Installation as $2500.00. I asked him specifically whether this price includes installation. He confirmed and said the Tank will cost $2,200.00 and the Installation would cost $300.00.The technician came today to install the tank and asked me that he would go through the pricing before start the work. The technician gives me a price as $3550.00 (Tank + Installation) which is $1050.00 more than what ***** gave me to get the job.It looks like these guys give low prices to customers to catch the job and then the technician comes to your home will give a way higher price.DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY WORK UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU A WRITTEN QUOTE BEFORE WORK BEGINS.***** J

While the reason is of little help we had just put in place a new software system and ***** missed that when he quoted you the pricing. We always give firm pricing on the job as well. I want to mention the positive experience that we recently had with *****. He explained in great detail our request for air conditioning, and also a review of our existing boiler and soft water softener. I recently had a leak in my apartment's toilette (to downstairs apartment) and requested a quote from Instant Plumbing. They were very proactive in providing the quote and setting up an appointment. They were punctual, quick and effective in the solution. If I could improve anything, it would be a more precise estimate before performing the work (since they have experience in doing similar jobs).

We were very impressed with Instant Plumbing. They were referred by our neighbour when our kitchen sink backed up. We tried all the home remedies but nothing worked. One phone call and we had a very professional team of two plumbers at our door within an hour. They had the drain cleared and were done within 20 minutes or so. They took the time to explain the problem and suggested how we can prevent it from happening again. They were polite, well spoken and left with their job well done. We received our statement by email and were very happy to see that it actually came in under what we were expecting! We will definitely use them again if the need arises. Two very happy seniors! ??
