Just bought my second puppy from The Top Dog Store and couldn't be happier with both of them. They've obviously been cuddled lots because they are both wonderful cuddlers, and most importantly, they are healthy. Huge relief after an unfortunate purchase from a breeder.

We had a very positive experience with the Top Dog store. We had been looking for a puppy for a while and kept encountering breeders that either wanted to choose for us or have us choose from a photo without meeting the puppies. We didnt like that idea because with kids we wanted to see how they interacted together. We were able to visit the puppies on a couple occasions and find one that really fit our family (ironically we went in that time to see one off a picture and ended up liking a different one better). We were able to put down a deposit and go home to make sure that we were ready for a puppy the next day. The staff have since followed up since to see how we are doing. The first vet visit went amazingly and the recommended vet was so wonderful we will also be using her again too. We were nervous at first going to top dog because of some of the reviews but in the end it was exactly what we hoped for and my family cant thank them enough for our newest member!The Top Dog Store Response

I have had a very positive experience at ******* from the beginning when I phoned for an appointment to picking up my puppy. *** had a follow up call and email to see how we are doing. Every person I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The staff have answered questions I have had. There is a year warranty and a separate vet to inspect the puppy to ensure there are no problems. Also I was given the record of the parents, shots given and the microchip information given. They offer pet training classes which I will be taking later.The Top Dog Store Response
