Bow Valley Moving is the best! *** is so quick to respond with queries and information and just a pleasure to deal with. ***** moved us on the coldest day of the year to ** and we appreciated how fast the move was and how careful they were. Bow Valley Moving did two moves for me this year. The first was from ******* to another residence in another city. The second was to move my newly married wife from *****, **** to our home in *******. Bow Valley was very accommodating in both instances, particularly in regards to navigating the **** fires situation this summer and also moving our freezer full of food completely intact! I would have no hesitation in using their services again. Well done Bow Valley Movers!

Bow Valley Moving Company provided us with more than we expected in first class service and attitude. The three strong, young men were most pleasant to deal with and flexible with our requests to move or readjust a few additional pieces. They took great car to ensure the pieces being moved up two levels in our home did not do any damage. Their attitude was very positive and friendly. Thanks Cy!!Appreciate your review so much!I connected with the Better Business Bureau a short while ago, and they congratulated ** for having such great reviews especially in this unregulated industry, apparently this doesnt happen a lot!Theres a lot of companies with A+ ratings but theyre not accredited so theyre not actually members of the BBB. Theres quite a few steps you need to take to become accredited. This review is long overdue. I have had Bow Valley Moving company move me 4 times in the last 5 years, with the most recent move being June of 2023. Every time they have been fantastic! They take great care with the furniture (no damage) and the home as well (not even a scratch on the wall). They are efficient and fast, packing lots of stuff into a small space. The last 3 times, the move was arranged by *** who went out of her way to ensure the right number of guys doing the job on the dates I needed, while keeping costs down. They are completely reliable; my last move they were even early; you can count on them to be there when they say they will. The last 3 times I was fortunate enough to have ***** and his crew, and they did a fantastic job. They are pleasant, courteous and considerate. I have a piano and it was moved with ease with absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this company. I will continue to use their services in the years ahead. Superb service provided by Bow Valley Moving Company! From assisting with the logistical planning of my move to the physical moving of my belongings, their entire team was a pleasure to work with. The moving crew was pleasant, efficient and considerate of valuable items. They worked very quickly and were methodical. A huge thank you to Bow Valley Moving Company for making my move so easy! Well if you need one more resounding FANTASTIC referral - here it is! The booking process with Pam was a dream and we even through a 48hr request to change and had a pick up before the move. No problem, taken care of, and done with a smile. The guys moving the furniture took great care and not just of the furniture and the house but also themselves, which I appreciated. They were collaborative, friendly, up for a challenge and worked through every piece with patience and a smile. I simply can not say anything greater about this whole furniture move. I will always go back to BVM be it to move furniture in the house or a larger move to a new home.Bow Valley Moving Company Response

Bow Valley Moving made our move FANTASTIC!!! They are the nicest people to work with and extremely professional. The movers who helped **, M. and D., were amazing: careful, efficient, nice to talk to, and willing to move heavy things wherever we needed them. I can't recommend this company enough. Awesome moving experience. Very reasonable prices. This team did a great job and held to their word on time and commitment. They were very friendly, kind and careful. They moved a very large expensive piano with ease and protection. I will recommend and use their services again. Thank you Bow Valley Movers, really great to have this piece of mind at stressful times.
