October, 2023. After I discovered a leak and a mold problem, I called a few mold removal companies. Some took a few days for a quote, one never did reply. I called *** at JAD Enviro. on a Wednesday. He came Thursday morning and got a quote to me that day. Friday a team came to do the work. They weren't early birds, but they stayed late 'til the job was done. The quote and the work were bang on. We recently contracted JAD Environmental Services to complete an attic asbestos abatement project / air quality testing as well as mould removal in a bathroom of a recently purchased house . They gave us a competitive quote and did a great job for us, finishing the job in a timely and very professional manner . Great communication and follow through. I loved the instant texting with JAD and the crew showed up exactly when booked. They tarped off our house - and spend a full day removing mold in our attic. They provided an excellent service. Very impressed!Review from Dawn v.

Fast, efficient and effective. We were very pleased with their work from start to finish. They communicated quickly, came out for a quote right away and had the work completed within the week. Their work caused minimal damage to our home and the remediation was fully effective, as per the air quality test. The workers were polite and clearly explained everything they found. B and T We discovered a black mold problem in our basement and when we phoned JAD. they sent someone over the next day. They sent a team a few days later to clean up the mold. They were very professional and polite and explained everything to us. They cleaned up everything when they left and made us feel very secure that they got rid of all the mold They are great.
