November 4, 2022 BAD JOB! I was present & witnessed. Their vacuum caused lint, etc. to bounce on carpet. I loaned them my vacuum with a power head. Lulu used a mop with a metal rectangle mop head, no matching mop cloth. She put a square microfibre cloth on floor, then placed mophead on cloth and proceeded to mop my wood floors. After family room was vacuumed, there was a pile of dirt. Lulu picked it up with the microfibre cloth & threw it away. She returned with same cloth, that still had a large piece of lint attached. She used this cloth on the end of the metal mop head & dry wiped my floors. Never rinsed cloth out. There was a white pail, which remained empty. Dusting poor. White fireplace mantel had 4 items on it & were not moved. She dusted in between. I used my hand to wipe mantel after they left & picked up much dust. I wiped it down with a wet cloth. A lot of dust came off on the cloth! My kitchen floor felt sticky. I used a cloth to wipe 2 tiles. The cloth came out dirty! I tested other areas, with the same result. I filled a pail with water, mop in hand, I washed all my floors! I did not think to take a picture of that cloth, but I went upstairs to our master bedroom & used a wet white rag to wash a 5ft X 5ft area. A black handprint showed up. I took a picture. I should not have had to wash my floors, when that’s what I paid Mango Maid $82.50/person/hour to do! Under the bed was not vacuumed. Still dusty. I haven't been able to do this since mid-July, due to a knee injury. I’m using crutches most of the time. Mopping my floors was difficult for me & something I should not have been doing, and I shouldn’t have had to, after paying $82.53/person/hour Mango Maids to do it! They did not! I lifted a 4' X 2.4' Alpaca carpet & moved it out of the master bedroom, so it would be out of the way to vacuum. After vacuuming, she replaced the carpet, BEFORE it was mopped. Lulu did not move the carpet, when she mopped. Don't recommend
