I was ripped off from this company! Told the mould around my home that was found AFTER the home inspection I had done was normal? Currently having endured months of remediation on my home, involving a complete redo of the exterior envelop I still have not received so much as a refund from this company or a call back!! This business needs a name change. Theres nothing accurate about their inspections!

Hi ******,It is unfortunate when things come up in homes after the inspection. We came back to your home a few months after your inspection and discussed this. You recalled that during the inspection for which you were present we went around EVERY corner of the interior of the house with a thermal imaging camera and a flashlight and there was no evidence of any mould, you even commented on that fact during our talk. You were standing beside the inspector virtually the entire time and saw that there was no mould. Unfortunately, the home had been recently renovated/painted prior to our inspection which we also commented on verbally. I dont recall ever saying that mould was normal but Im sure it was said that often small areas of mould can be cleaned by the homeowner. As you stated above, the mould was not present during the inspection. A home inspection is a snapshot in time, we can only see the conditions that are visible on the day of the inspection. As I recall the sellers also had an inspection done on the property just prior to selling it and there were no such issues mentioned in that report either. You called to discuss some issues a few months after the inspection and we went to your home immediately to talk with you but that is the last time you have contacted us. We would never ignore your calls and no refunds have ever been requested. Please contact us as soon as possible and we can endeavor to help you.
