            Seeking BBBs help for Garage built by Gecko Projects (***************************):Fully paid November 16, 2021 invoice # ****, paid $26,940.00 Gecko Projects committed to provide a garage with useful Southside storage area SE side of Garage collects water We hired a surveyor. The south side of garage facing back alley is 5 cm lower than the north side As a result, the area was designed for storage now is water pooling *************************** sent someone to only fill the corner (photo ********) We explained the extent of the water pooling & he said that ******* has told him to only do the corner & if we want the deficient side repaired we have to pay The garage and the roof is sloping to south & eaves troughs were installed to drain to north ******* refused to fix the problem we hired and paid to change the eaves troughs to south Before we changed the eaves troughs to drain south, they were not draining & was pooling in the horizontal troughs We expect ******* to pay us for both eaves trough

            ******* built a 22x22 detached garage for our home. Working with him was a great experience! I cannot recommend him enough. I reached out to him months ahead of getting possession of our home, and throughout that time he was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. At time of possession, he started the work right away and finished within a couple weeks. *******'s quote was similar to others but the superior quality difference definitely shows. He was very honest through the entire process and the charged price came exactly as quoted.
