              Date of Transaction: October 25th Amount of Payment: Paid in Full $****** CSL committed to provide Lift and backfill of concrete to not crack.Dispute: Left my concrete pad with many cracks at the sites of where holes were drilled. No cracks prior to work. Would like to back fill the holes to completion and fix cracks in concrete or refund funds.CSL took full payment and made excuses that the concrete was the problem. They should have notified before starting the work or after one hole was drilled.There were no cracks prior to the work commencing and you can see in the *********** of how the work was left behind.

              Concrete Specialists did an excellent job raising a sunken concrete stair and supporting a wall, problems I couldn't fix easily. The crew of four arrived on time with a lot of specialized heavy equipment including a concrete mixer, concrete pump, two other trucks. All of the equipment was clean and in good repair. After a brief review of my expectations the experienced efficient crew set to work and resolved the problems in a very quick 30 minutes.They took care to clean up the site and left it in good condition. I was very satisfied with the work they did. A difficult problem they solved easily.The cost was fair for the skill and value provided. Thanks to them.
