      I requested a tankless water heater. Many comments from the technician that I should buy a tank water heater. They installed the tankless heater, but left a pipe in a middle of a door. Unbelievable. I called and they did not provide any technical explanation. Lack of common sense, how could you leave a pipe in the middle of a door.Terrible company

      My recent experience with this carpet cleaning service was rather disappointing. The technician made one pass over the stains, and no attempt to get them out . This was not the worst part of the experience, though. When the technician worked on the stairs, they still looked dirty . I placed a white towel to absorb the water and as I stepped on it it left behind an unsettling brown foot print raising concerns about the effectiveness of the cleaning process.In an attempt to salvage the situation, I took matters into my own hands and used my own carpet cleaner. Surprisingly, I managed to extract a significant amount of dirt, and the stains that the technician claimed couldn't be removed were, in fact, successfully cleaned.This experience left me unsatisfied, as the service did not meet my expectations. It felt like a subpar job, and that it wasn't worth the money I paid. I had hoped for a more thorough and effective carpet cleaning service, especially when dealing with simple stains. Regrettably, this experience did not live up to those expectations.

      Absolutely terrible. They cleaned 13 month old carpets after a move out and although they looked vacuumed the carpets still felt dirty. I used my trusty old ****** carpet cleaner and I was right - the carpets were definitely still very dirty. Not sure what they cleaned the carpets with but very poorly done. **** ***** was awesome at offering up an acceptable compensation but Steam Dry did not seem to care. Hopefully **** ***** will drop them as their contractor and find a company who does a proper job.

      I had them come out to clean my vents/ducts. I had renovations done recently and told them that there is debris in the vents that will need a brush and to snake/blow the vents. The tech showed up and used an air compressor to blow some air around the entrance of the vents. Never reached inside the vents. 2 weeks after, my new filter, was clogged, the furnace was not running properly due to insufficient air flow from clogged vents. I called them to discuss and they said it wasnt their problem that I didnt know that they actually dont clean inside the vents. Even tho I specifically asked for that, they mislead me to believe that they do and then they told me its my problem. The manager I spoke with who refused to provide her name was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She kept scoffing at me and blaming me. Sounded like she fields complains all day long as she was very defensive right out the gate. They charged me $270. And 2 weeks later I had to call another company and pay another $270 for a proper cleaning. These guys are scam artists. Do not deal with them. They almost ruined the motor in my Furnance and wont even return my calls.

      Unprofessional.I wanted to put in a new water tank and they put in the wrong size and a defective water tank for 17 days I dealt with noise that annoys you if I come back from work at 2 am I cant shower because I would wake up our neighbours. When they came back to check it they just changed the power vent and that wasnt the problem l hired someone else to come in to look and he said the tank was the wrong size so he came back and replaced the water tank for me and it works fine. I would never recommend them to anyone.

      Non trustworthy/ non reliable, I would never recommend anybody to avail their service I found the worst misleading fact is they are on the panel of *** **** ***** ******** When you call *** **** ***** to avail home service Steam Dry Canada come in front to provide the needed service which is misleading I have had a very bad experience first they charged for the service they did not perform, later on my pursuance they realized and refunded the charge in turn their technician intentionally did a wrongful instance due to which my wooden floor got damaged Now I have to deal with my home Insurance Lot of time is wasted since December 2021 still pursuing no resolution

      To Owner/ Manager(Calgary) Customer service failure! We scheduled a service for vent cleaning and waited for 2 weeks. On Aug 28 at 11:35 am we called the customer service ans talked with KC to confirm the 12 pm - 4pm appointment on the same day. We even asked that the technician wear a face mask inside the house. At 2:33, we got a voice message form Robert the technician and informed us that he is still finishing a job and will be on his way to us in 15-20 mins. At around 3:18 we have not heard back from Robert and we tried calling him but no response. There was only one call from Robert, which was the voicemail. He could have called again if he’s in our front door, that quick to leave the site!!! We called the customer service and spoke with KC again. Her initial response is that Robert already went on his day because we did not answer his call and our door. We tried reasoning with KC asking for the technician to go back since we did not hear the door bell. We have been waiting at the house the whole day and we will not ignore the door bell if indeed he was there since we are expecting him. We even tried ringing the door bell to check if it's working thinking that maybe we did not hear it because it's broken. The door bell is working all right and all our windows are open so there is no way that we will not hear it ringing. KC is aware that we will be waiting since we called in the morning but at the tone is her voice is putting the blame on us why the service will not happen today. We asked to talked with the supervisor or the owner of Steam Dry but refused to give it to us and she even hanged up the phone while still speaking to her. We called back again and this time she said that the Supervisor's name is Rachel and refused to her last name saying that it's the "only thing that we need to know". She said that she already escalated the problem and someone will get in touch with us. She also refused to give us the owner's name. Due to frustration, I also hanged up on her, which I am not sorry because of the very stressful turn of events and one full day wasted. Thanks, Melissa
