    I, ***********************, the owner of the Mitsubishi Outlander model **, purchased this vehicle in September 202*. The purpose behind buying the ** model was to ensure that I had the utmost safety with the inclusion of some features such as MI intelligence, which I assumed was going to be more reliable due to the added safety features. During the initial few months, I was satisfied with the performance of the vehicle, but since mid-June, there was an indication that there was a problem within the cluster for FCM (Front collision Module). Due to the non-functionality of the **** I am not currently able to use the Adaptive Cruise Control feature on my vehicle. In order to get this issue resolved, I have visited the Platinum Mitsubishi ******* dealership a total of *********** and most of times my vehicle at dealership since June-2023. I called multiple times to Mitsubishi Motors ****** and only one answer I can hear is that They are working with dealership.Note: Everytime that I have visited the dealership to get this problem resolved, I have not received any work order copy or a physical document outlining the issue and the steps taken to resolve it. With this ongoing issue I feel that I am being taken advantage of and my car being experimented with everytime I go there, and now I feel that the car is beyond repair, making me question whether I should even be driving this car from a safety point of view. There is a lot of action that is required from Mitsubishi ******, and I declare to them to fix this issue within a short allotted time frame or offer me a new car free of this error. As Mitsubishi is known for their quality of work and of the work-*******, I hope that the same level of confidence is to be shown to resolve this issue and make me feel satisfied with this product..

    I, ****** ****** the owner of the M********* O******** model **, purchased this vehicle in September 2022. In order to get this issue resolved, I have visited the Platinum Mitsubishi Calgary dealership a total of four-times from my precious time. A short while after I drop off my car to the dealership, I get a call from the dealership stating that the problem has been fixed. However, when I arrive at the dealership, I notice that the problem still has not been resolved. So my main concern is why does the company not inspect the car post-service to ensure that the problem has indeed been mitigated?
