Saturday July 16 2022 took jeep in for tire repair because it had a slow leak. Took to east side dodge to have repaired and ****** the person doing the paperwork said no problem and I signed paperwork for the tire repair. ****** asked if we as in me and my family were going to be around because they didnt have a time when it would be done. I said yes just going to lunch so we left for lunch and about 5 mins into the walk ****** called me and ask if there was a trick to start the jeep I said no its a push start and I never had a problem like that before. So he said he would keep trying. About 30 mins later phone back says he cant get it started. I even said on the phone I dont know whats wrong with it I drove it there it was running just fine no problems with starting it so I dont know what he did. he claimed he did nothing. Get back to dealership and I tried starting it and I said why is the break pedal locked I cant move it. He said thats what happens to the breaks when they pumped a lot. I asked why he did that he said to start it. Then he told me there is nothing he can do until Monday when machanic is in. So I said fine how am I getting home I dont live in this town. Looked at me said I dont know. After few mins he called manager and got the ok for me to use one of their cars until Monday. Now its Monday I called the manager I was asking to call and was told I have to pay for them to run the computer to find out what was wrong i said no because it was fine when I brought it in they refuse to help had to pay for my jeep to be towed to a place that is willing to help I am wanting my tow bill paid back or at least half they were all nasty with me over the phone and not willing to help
