    ****** ** *********** ******** Purchased a 5 pack Mystery Box + 2 free items. Company advertises that there will be variety and that the items are VINTAGE. I received a box of only 1 brand- ****** ********, only shirts and they are not VINTAGE. Many had a trademark date in the 2000's.

    Contacted Vibn and they advised they would give a store credit, ********* *****. Now they are not responding.

    We’d like to clarify the resolution reached regarding your order. As discussed over the phone, we offered you two options to address your concern — to either return the items for an exchange or accept $90 in store credit as compensation for the mistake. You chose to accept the store credit, which has since been issued, resolving this matter in full.
    Please also note that our product description clearly states that each mystery box may include non-vintage items, as our boxes are a curated mix of both vintage and modern pre-owned apparel. This information was fully disclosed at the time of purchase.
