I was a customer With Wave Financial for over 3-4 years. Initially, it was easy to use, and I had no problems accepting payments from my customers. As a small business owner and independent contractor, the pandemic took a toll on my whole organization. I lost employees, developers, and customer contracts. But even with this, I could still find a way to navigate the hardships. This year has been about rebuilding and restructuring my automation which requires me to do all the heavy lifting (Web development, billing, fulfillment, and more). When I began to use Wave Financial, my process was stright-forward: Send an invoice manually and receive a payment by credit card. Wait a few days to receive a deposit, which took about three days to complete. Once Wave Financial offered the feature to use Wave Money, their banking solution, to help customers save on fees and receive funds faster, I jumped at the opportunity. I also joined the Wave Money Beta team, in which I spoke directly with project manahers to understand my business and help gain insight into their new payout solution. Still, no problems for server years. So, where I'm at now with Wave Financial is that I contacted them because the phone number listed on my Wave Money account is invalid (still no answers about where this number came from). They requested that I send in documentation to prove who I am to make the change. Upon doing so, Risk got involved, and two individuals from Wave Payments and Wave Money (Alexis & Kathie) dropped the ball and advised that my business would no longer be able to accept payments because I'm considered "High Risk" but I can keep my funds? I am still shocked how a system glitch on their end means I am at high Risk when nothing about my business and customer base has changed. I've never had any customer disputes or chargebacks in my time with Wave Financial. *************************************************************** *************************************************************

They just decided that they're not going to process transactions for me anymore (with transactions pending, mind you) with out any explanation. So the transactions are cancelled, and now I have to contact my clients and sound like I'm the one who's not trustworthy. *********************************************** They are either malicious or inept, and frankly, I don't know which possibility is worse.
