Product didn't work, refund not available. I've used the product with high hopes of accomplishing my task of converting a PDF with various amount of information into an Excel sheet, I've also used every other available converting tool they offer with no success. After reaching out to the customer support they said it would be possible to refund the product and all was well. I sent a message a few weeks after asking to process the request and they gave me a form to print, fill in and send back. I did not think the form was necessary due to them having all the information requested already other than a signature. I reply back with that exact response and the customer support agent I'm emailing replied with "We officially offer a 14-day money back guarantee on the software - we do offer some flexibility on the refund time-frame" afterwards I ask him to refund it again he replied "Our return process is very clear and I'm sorry but your request was made too late." When in fact I initially asked them to refund it within a week after purchasing, they never sent me a form or informed me of their policy ahead of time. I tried being nice and this is what I get, now I'm out 50$ CAD and have a bad taste in my mouth reminding me to never trust companies and no progression towards being able to extract information from my PDF
