Accreditation Status
This business is not BBB accredited.

Customer Complaint
It has come to BBB's attention that the business has a non-disparagement clause in its consumer contract that prohibits customers from discussing or posting feedback on the internet unless permission is granted by the business. BBB does not withdraw complaints under these circumstances. Consent to post the text of a complaint is solely at the discretion of the customer.
We have also received information indicating the company will only resolve a dispute if a consumer retracts their BBB Complaint. BBB does not withdraw complaints under these circumstances.
As of August 20, 2018, the business' clause, which is found in its contract, states:
"*Terms of Discount: You agree that, save as may be required by law, you shall keep all matters and negotiations relating to this agreement and the matters contemplated herein strictly confidential. You further agree not to disclose pricing or discounts applied. You further agree not to make any negative, positive, complimentary, or disparaging statements regarding the Company on the internet or in the public realm, unless prior consent of the Company is obtained. The company shall, in addition to any other remedy at available at law, be entitled to injunctive relief to cure any breach of threatened breach of this Agreement by you. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this agreement.
