      Recently, when we decided to purchase gold for investment, we had no prior knowledge of which merchant in Ottawa to contact. So, we made a list, and contacted them one by one. Some responded immediately, others asked to leave a message and responded within a reasonable time and many never returned our repeated calls. Canada Gold Westgate was one that responded promptly and answered all questions to our satisfaction. On site visit, we noticed that there were a few people lined up, some of them were satisfied repeated customers. In the end, we chose ********************** Gold ******** and made several purchases from them. Our primary contact there was *****, but also had interactions with *****. Both were excellent. Respectful, efficient, informative, and prompt. If we buy gold again, we will have no hesitation to go to Canada Gold Westgate.

      I had an emotional inheritance sale and went to Ottawa Gold at ********************************************************************************. A man named ***** seemed to sense it was not an easy experience for me and gently walked me through it. He grinned at my nervous jokes and was careful to ask before destroying pieces to remove stones etc. that obviously had huge sentimental meaning. I hope everyone going through this kind of thing has a compassionate, professional, authentic experience like I had. Never underestimate the power of empathy and a human touch from your employees. ***** will be the reason I send people to your location in the future. Thanks *****.

      My sister and I came in with quite a few pieces of jewelry from our late mom and aunts. We knew nothing about selling gold. ******* was so patient, kind and compassionate. He explained everything to us, took so much time with us and we left somewhat richer but more importantly feeling good about our transaction. Highly recommend!
