      We are very impressed with this company! They contacted us the day after we made the purchase to arrange delivery. We received the seating really quickly, faster than couches we have bought locally. It is quality seating, especially without being able to see it in person. We are really happy with this purchase.

      I ordered a 4 seater couch/theater seats, and a 2 seater love seat. I spoke to them over the phone prior to ordering through ******. They were able to answer my questions and help with my selection. The packages arrived by carrier in a couple weeks and in good condition. One of the boxes was damaged but the additional packing around the chair protected it. It took 2 people to carry the chairs in but they were very easy to assemble and snap together. My whole family loves the upgrade during our movie nights and we have used them for about a month with no issues!

      Great experience with Valencia Theatre Seating from order placement to final delivery. Everything arrived as expected, and on time. The seats are pretty heavy (as expected for a quality product), so make sure you have someone to help assemble. Everything works great, and fits perfectly in the limited space I have. I would highly recommend.

      I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Valencia Theater Seating. I placed two order on November 26 for furniture, received an order confirmation the same day, and was assured by customer service on December 2 that my order had been released from the warehouse on November 28. Based on this, I sold my old furniture, trusting their word.
      On December 4, I was suddenly informed that the items were out of stock and given the option of a refund or paying more for a higher-priced alternative—no price match was offered. Despite promises from a customer service manager on December 5 to check for an open-box option and provide an update by December 6, I heard nothing. By December 9, I was told there were no open-box options available, leaving me without furniture and unable to take advantage of Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. This experience has been a nightmare. I was forced to buy a more expensive alternative on backorder from somewhere else, which won’t arrive until mid-January, while I have guests visiting from abroad. This situation is entirely unacceptable. The lack of ***************, **** communication, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistake has caused me financial loss and severe frustration. * ***** ******** ****** ****** ** ***** **** ******* ** *** ******

      Purchase two theatre seating with high quality leather and we were not disappointed!!! Shipping was fast and prompt. Received in time and were very happy with our purchase. The leather is just so nice and we love its quality. We can feel that the chairs are built nice and strong and don't feel wobbly when sitting in them. Seller was great to work with and would have no problem buying from them again in the future!

      This company's customer service is what every business should strive for. When I couldn't accept my delivery on their date, they adjusted their shipping schedule to get the sofa delivered in my time frame. I'm very impressed with their assistance and the item is beautiful too.

      The Valentia Theater Seat that I recently purchased is the most versatile convenient seating option I’ve ever seen. With multiple LED lighting, and various seating positions including lumbar support and adjustable headrest, as well as several cup holders just makes this a must for every family room as well as living room. The option of a third seat or center console with reading lamps and more cup holders is a must for larger families that want to enjoy each other’s company. Made from quality Italian leather, this unit has made us the envy of many of our friends. As far as customer service goes, well let me tell you that the help received from this company was far beyond anyone’s expectations. Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended.

      Wonderful! I had placed an order for a sectional with a recliner and it is what I have always dreamed of. Couch is comfortable and very beautiful. I am well satisfied with my purchase and the customer service communication before delivery.

      Great experience purchasing a Valencia product (specifically a home theater loveseat). Product was as ordered, high quality and comfortable. Shipping experience and delivery could not have gone better. Valencia representatives were very communicative, calling us several times throughout our purchase experience, to walk us through deliver/installation and check on our satisfaction with the product we ordered. Will definitely purchase from them again and recommend to family and friends.

      We absolutely love our theater seating we purchased from Valencia! We decided on the Tuscany Theater seating row of 4 with the love seat in the middle and could not be happier with our selection! The trays have been very nice to hold snacks. The leather is a little stiff at first but we have slowly broken it in. These have been the perfect addition to our new home theater and would highly recommend them!!
