    I ordered a ***** ********** double stroller on 6/2/2025. The item said open box. The item arrived in a standard box not the original that was crushed. I tried to assemble but the part for the rear wheels were missing. I was charges $27.00 for hassle free returns. I did not ask for the charge they just added it. I contacted them and requested to return the item. Rebel said they would send a label. They never sent a label and latter said there was a chargeback. I filed a complaint on my ******. There was not chargeback they do not want to allow customers to return items. **** *** **** ***** the money for the stroller *** the money they added to my bill for the HASSLE return they refused. ** *** *** **** **** ******* ** ** **** ******* *** **** ** ***** *** *** *** ***** **** **** ******

    A chargeback was opened on this order, which temporarily freezes the funds on our end. While that’s in place, we’re unable to issue any refunds—including for the return protection. As mentioned earlier, once the chargeback is resolved, we're happy to facilitate a return and refund that fee.

    I ordered a mini crib mattress on 6/9 and received it 6/16. The mattress was labeled as open box, returned but never used. This is a coil and polyester fill mattress. Upon receiving the item, the mattress was shipped in a square box much too small for a mattress. The product I recieved was folded in half with a large divot in the center of the mattress from being folded during g transport. The mattress does not lay flat. This item is not a safe sleeping surface for an infant.
    I am shocked that a company marketing themselves as the ******* baby gear reseller would would so carelessly package an infant mattress that using it would be a safety hazard. I do not trust this company is inspecting the products they sell on a high level. No one with common sense would fold a coil mattress, let alone one that is made for a baby.
    I do not yet know if I will be receiving a refund. **** ****** ****** **** * **** **** **** ****** ****** ***********

    The issue is only partially resolved. I recieved no reply to my email sent on June 17th. I was directed by ****** via email to "donate, recycle, or dispose of it in whatever way works best for you" so while I did recieve a refund i am out the cost of disposing of a mattress as this product is unsuitable to be donated and it is highly concerning that donating a damaged infant mattress was even suggested. To use a mattress in this condition is unsafe *** ***** ** ********* **** ** *****

    *** ******* ** * ***** My card was somehow saved on my phone and I hit apply to apply their discount to see how much an item would be and it charged my card.
    I have emailed numerous times to cancel..my bank says they can't help either. I am out $400 and not even sure what I ordered. **** ** ****** I just want my money back. *** *** **** ** * ****** ******* ** ******** *** ***** ****** ** ********* **** ***** ****** **** ** *** ****

    ********* ********* ******** ******** There is absolutely no contact number anywhere to be found. The only way you can reach anyone is through email which you will not get a response for days, if ever. I ordered a ******* revolve car seat for $300 And received some random car seat that was also missing the most important piece, the entire base. I reached out to the company and had not heard back. They have a strict no return policy which is comical considering they Not only sent me the wrong product but the product was missing the base. This is a huge oversight and a major cause for concern for safety. I reached out letting them know that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and I will now will be filing ***** on my credit card for the charge. The seat that was sent is useless and must be thrown out.
