    Super frustrating when they indicated the availability of a number, charge my card $2 for no apparent reason then email me the number I wanted is not really available. ***** ****** *** **** ** ******** ** ******* So I'll find another vendor and demand my money back.

In this case, the number you requested was likely claimed by another customer between the time it was advertised on our website and when you attempted to order it. We want to clarify that the $2 charge was not a fee but rather an authorization hold placed on your card to verify its validity. This is a standard practice in many industries. Authorization holds are typically released by your bank within a few business days, and you should not see a permanent charge on your statement. As a token of our apology for the inconvenience, we would like to offer you a credit for the first month's service charges if you decide to continue with our service. This credit can be applied to any future phone number or service you choose. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this resolution will help to restore your confidence in our service.     ** * ***** **** **** ****** * ****** My business line has been unusable for the past week (at least). I have received 3 messages in the last week that were completely garbled noise. I could not make out a single word. I called my office and found that my greeting was exactly the same - just noise. When I reported this on April 11th, I was told that the sample message from April 5th wasn't current enough and I should contact them again when I had a more recent sample!!! When the recent message sample was sent it was determined that my service 'was pointed to the wrong server'. After this 'fix' a client still reported that my greeting was nothing but static noise. The set up of the system is also ridiculously difficult. I've given up and asked for my number to be ported somewhere else. I've asked for this to be expedited since I basically don't have a business line right now and was told that it was in the queue and they'd get to it when they get to it. ********** ********* ******* *** ********
