    We contacted fanattics (formerly ********* *****) in 2019 to do our roof shingles. Everything seemed fine until last year when our shingles started to fall off the front of our house causing two massive leaks in our garage. ******* came out to inspect and replace a few of the fallen shingles and told us that it likely failed due to a “manufacturer defect” and charged us an additional $150. A structural engineer has since advised us that the shingles are in fact improperly installed. The recommended number of nails and placement of nails was not adhered to in the installation process. ******** *** pictures of the missing shingles as well as a diagram of the recommended install pattern as well as a picture clearly showing the nail pattern used on the fallen shingles is not to spec given the slope of the roof. We spent a lot of money with them and were told the work would be guaranteed for 10 years. We have been trying to call them to help us for 4 month and are yet to have the call returned.
