    August 2022. We hired Kevin (Winside) to do our eavestrough and install 2 new windows and a basement sliding doors. Weeks later I called him to inform him of the severe leaks we have. My one window is taped off and has a towel in it to try and stop the blowthru. Called him on November 21st, called him a week after, called him another week later... Every time it's just broken promises. Everything was gonna be done by Christmas he said. New front window and repairs, but I said I would like the leaks fixed 1st, He said no problem. Anywho, it's now January 5th 2023, haven't heard back from him in a month. I told him we were using block heaters to keep the upstairs warm. I also told him that I didn't think he would be paying my hydro bill. I'm so mentally exhausted with this business owner. I need help.

    After the installation the customer had ordered a front window. Since that time she had phoned and expressed some concerns with cold. I went over to see and she showed me where she thought cold was coming in. The patio door has a false wall that I believe the cold was travelling down, in any case I suggested we make one trip to address the issue and also install the front window at the same time which she was perfectly happy with. It seems that when we made the call to set up the appointment she must have contacted the BBB because I was surprised at no return phone call but then realized it must have been on the same day she called the BBB. After close to 40 years in business and most of those with the BBB we obviously value our reputation in the community of which we work and would very much like to resolve any disputes that arise.
