    We were disappointed with our STEM Camp experience. We enrolled our 6 year old and were looking forward to the learning opportunities that were advertised in the camp description. The camp description is inaccurate, the kids spend upwards of 2 hours on a screen, and a large portion of that is playing Minecraft. Our child was also in the extended care and I would often find him still on his computer when I would come to pick him up which would mean he'd been on there for almost 2 hours straight that day. I requested a refund or a credit to be used when he's older it and it might be more appropriate for him to be playing Minecraft that they refused. The counselors are sweet but very young and there is no adult on site. One day I showed up and was informed by a counselor that they had lost control of the children that afternoon and they were being destructive. I will not be signing any of my children up for this camp in the future. It's too bad because this camp is far more expensive than other summer camps but we made the investment and the programming was such a missed opportunity. It could be so great but it's just not.

    Information regarding our coding and robotics activities, including the use of screens, is also detailed on our website. We strive to offer transparency to assist families in understanding what to expect from the camp.


    Our policy, as stated during registration, is not to provide refunds or credits after June 1st. I understand this can be frustrating, especially when expectations are not met, and I regret that we couldnt accommodate your request in this instance.
