**** ******* ** ********** *** ****** *** ***** Door to door sales even though they run in circles claiming it’s not door to door selling. My sales rep tested my water and then quickly pressured me to make an extremely costly purchase with no time to consider all the terms. After my water “test”, I informed my sales rep I did not have the proper ID to apply for financing. The financing company used doesn’t have any information on how the loan was applied for, they do not have any signed documentation and they also do not have any ID. After seeking advice recently, we strongly believe working with a lawyer for resolution is the best outcome and the route we will most likely take as we cannot professionally speak with the general manager. **** **** ******** *** **************

I had my water tested *** **** ** * ****. There are no lab tests done; the salesperson comes to your home and does tests there. The fellow did a conductivity test for total dissolved solids. He said that TDS should be below 50 ppm and that since my water was in the 400s, I had a problem. In fact, TDS up to 500 ppm is considered to be quite acceptable. TDS values are not considered problematic until they exceed 1000 ppm. He also did a titration test for hardness. He just kept putting in the titrant until the color changed without tracking how much he put in. So he was not able to put a value on the hardness but instead just told me I had hard water. He brewed some tea with my water and said that the foam that formed indicated a problem with the water. Foam when brewing tea is normal. I told him I wasn't prepared to spend over $4000 on a filter even if I was supposedly getting a special deal.

Hi *** *****,  Thanks for reaching out on this platform.  We appreciate your opinion on how we run our business. We think your opinion will be very valuable to others looking into Georgian Water.  We are one of the largest water treatment companies in this area and pride ourselves in giving customers a very easy way of understanding how water treatment can help with common water issues. The clients that request our services find great value in what we do. If you feel that it was not as comprehensive of a test as you would have liked, there are many companies in this area offer water tests that can be completed at a lab. Unfortunate part of lab testing is that they are not free like the one that was offered to you.

**** is a very powerful word and should be used carefully when explaining a situation. We wish you the best in finding the proper water test for your home.  If you have any further questions or comments please reach out to us at any time.

Having the chance to answer a review is very valuable to a company, we appreciate the opportunity given to us via the BBB. The review you left  ****** doesn't allow us to let a reader hear the other side.

    Thanks,

    Georgian Water and Air team
