    My name is ******* I am reaching out to you because I dont know who else to go to or reach out I had contacted the **** ** ****** regarding these issues and nothing has been resolved.  6 years ago I had unfortunately purchased a home in barrie Ontario and the builder *** ********** from iViVa homes has been nothing but a nightmare and has done alot of false advertising  . The home I purchased since  day one has given me and my family issues and pain he has provided wrong and not up to code items , currently having water leaks and mold again i had them repair 2 years ago but it wasn't done properly curently i am àtrying to get ****** to cover but it seems impossible as well if the builder and ****** is not willing to help the home owner I dont know who else is . Also  the builder has to complete the outside site such as park , entrance etc and he seems not to want to complete I had reached out to the **** ** ****** as well and they are not willing to help right now . Also dealing with garbage disposal hazard  we have a huge unsafe situation had called **** ** ****** as well nothing has been done please help us I dont know who else to contact if you can please let me know who to contact thank you so much . I recently had another inspection done and I have found out more issues with the house the roof , the insulation the siding etc is not done properly this is a huge issue that we home owner at *** **** **** **** ****** with please help us .
