      Recently purchased a vehicle from vehicle approval centre. And I have been having problems with it ever since like having mechanic issues with it had contacted vehicle approval center about it and they had lied to me. told me that it was covered under manufactured warranty and when I found out after bringing it to a mechanic it was not covered under manufactured warranty. I had to pay a lot of money to have parts put on the vehicle and I am still having problems with the vehicle it has become a constant nightmare on still having. it’s been one thing after another like exhaust and muffler issues. the radio in the vehicle won’t work properly the mechanic said to me that a lot of people were having a lot of problems with the make and models like the one I have due to issues with them. and that some parts on the make and model I have have been recalled due to several issues like the radio not working.it’s costing me lots of money and I just don’t know on where to turn on wanting to get another vehicle.my vehicle is being a constant headache.

      Hi, I have purchased a Vehicle from vehicle approval centre in **** ****** ******* back in October unfortunately, I’ve been having a lot of issues with them since buying this vehicle one the paperwork was not done. It was still in someone else’s name, I was told my vehicle was going to be dropped off, not drove down by somebody which racked up my kilometres and something happened during transferred that caused the muffler to go, which apparently they’re going to replace, but I don’t have faith in that. I have proof that they’re going to fix it. I was also told that she came with remote start. She does not. I had her looked at by M**** ***** in S** ******* I was not told that the second key did not come with her, and now they are refusing to pay for a second key that I did not know she did not have the cast of the key is $547 tax in at M**** ***** in S** ****** and now they are refusing to pay for that key cause apparently not all use vehicles come with second keys. They did not tell me this when I purchased this vehicle at the end of the day I want the muffler fixed and the second key for this vehicle which they’re telling me they are going to fix the muffler which is valued at 800 and some odd dollars and the key to get for my vehicle is $547. I also have the emails stating they will fix the muffler which hasn’t been fixed yet and stating they will replace the key, but I would have to pay for it upfront first now they’re saying they are not replacing the key.

      So I just wanted to check with you guys the ******** of my situation so I applied for a car through the vehicle approval center and before they were able to push forward with financing the only car I was looking at was put on hold for another customer. That would be fine but I was never notified and they then proceeded to run my credit regardless for cars I never asked for looked at and just offered me whatever they had. If I had known the car I was after was gone which they admitted happed prior to my financing being put through then I would of not continued with the process. My question now you have context is would them running my credit under the impression it was for one particular vehicle but it was actually for multiple vehicles I didn't want or ask for does that constitute as fraudulent since they basically ran my credit under the false pretense that I'd get the car I was after with no indication that was not possible.

      Was told by ****** ****** that the knocking sound in the car I bought from him in early October, 2023, would be fixed by the company's mechanic. I was told he would make arrangements and let me know. I called, texted and message him with no luck for over 6mths. I then spoke to ***** ***** who told me to get a quote and email it to him. Idid this and then was told they wouldn"t pay it. I was told it was up to me to get in touch with their mechanic and it was almost a year and too much time went by. I tolld him thats because no one would return my calls or message me. Its $250 to repair and I want them to honour their promise. ***** ***** was the rudest person I have ever spoke to. He refused to let me speak to the CEO'S and hung up on me! They're names are **** ******* and ****** *******. I just get voicemail when I call.

      Purchased a Vehicle Dec 14 2023
      Have had multiple problems with the company. On my paperwork from VAC as well as the lender (**** ****) it says a licensee fee was charged of 299.00 I had asked the lender if this was for licensing the vehicle as the dealer says it was for Delivery the lender had come back and told me to file a dispute as there is never a time where this fee would be used as a delivery fee since that category it is placed under Other fees. I have contacted the dealer multiple times as to why I was charged this and they continue to state it is for delivery dispute the lender has a recorded call stating in this would never ever be the case. I don’t think it’s fair to me to have purchased a vehicle from a dealer and having to pay licensing and plate fees…. As typically either the dealer makes that known upfront that the client has to pay that or they pay it themselves which is what the paperwork shows. This vehicle only came with a temporary permit plate and registration and according to **** **** it was to come with full plates and registration in full and to not been charged the fee as they can not put NB registration or plates on the vehicle.
