    This company does work for our strata and provides dryer vent cleaning services. 10 days after this company cleaned our building vents in January 2025 I had to have a 3rd party come in to clean the exterior vents on my unit and we found excessive lint. They assured the strata that they removed the vent grates but when the grate from my unit was removed it was evident they hadn't. It appeared that it had been a few years since the grate had been removed and likely 2 - 3 years worth of lint was found that had caused a clog in the vent resulting in damage to the ceiling from moisture. We have video and photos of the lint that was removed by a qualified contractor 10 days following Pacific Heights cleaning despite assurances from them that they didn't find a significant amount of lint. There have been several other units in the building that have had the same problem with Pacific Heights not properly cleaning the vents after them confirming they have. The equipment they use for vent cleaning also didn't adequately push the lint through the vent, Their lack of performing the work properly poses a significant safety issues for buildings that accept their poor level of vent cleaning for building fires.
