1 starThey advertise their products as veterinarian formulated and approved. I have serious doubts about that. I purchased ******** for my dog's IBS and sent her straight to the emergency room within one day. She actually takes herbs for IBS prescribed by her veterinarian/nutritionist and she neve had any issues. These herbs are not safe and would not recommend if your pet has been diagnosed with IBS. I also purchased ****-Ex and have not opened because I do not want to end up at the ** again. After I explained all the above, they are still not alerting other pet owners about this experience...and they want to refund 50% of the unopened product. I am not going to bother...sending to the trash. Be aware that these products might hurt your pets.NHV Natural Pet Products

1 starNHV products can make your pet sicker & co. offers zero refunds & erases neg. reviews!I got 4 diff products to help cats build up immune system re: their health issues. Products all stated would do this and clearly stated all products can be used together without any side effects. I opened all 4 products, giving only 1/2 dose to start & it caused ******************* in all cats. I went to site to post my honest neg. review and it was immediately erased when I hit submit (*** gave no reply as to why). Explains why ONLY POSITIVE reviews on their site & when I did searches saw others post their neg. reviews were removed as well. Also found that ****** isn't allowing them to sell with them anymore either & reviews were only 3.5 stars (while ***'s site is ONLY ALL 5 stars!?) ***'s response told me to see my vet if cats have illnesses as their products don't cure =I didn't buy to cure, I bought to help build up immune etc. as products stated. I KNOW what my cats have or I wouldn't have known what to buy & my cats NEVER had ******************* before giving sm. dose of their product which cats also HATE taste of so good luck having to force feed their 'herbal mixes' down their throats in the first place! *** offers 'no refunds on open bottles' & sealed returns get BOTH WAY ship cost w/15% restock fee deducted! Contradictory to what website says: that all products can be given together w/o side effects, NOW they tell me to 'give only 1 at time' =had they of stated THAT on site I never would have opened ALL 4 bottles which exp. after ONLY 6 mo! If dosing all separate, all will exp before use! I lost close to $200 on 4 now open useless bottles. Co. claims they are in the bus. to help pets, yet won't stand behind what they sell at all, posts misinformation that products ok to give together then changes mind if your pets do get side effects! and instigates lies by banning any neg. honest reviews, while only refunding unopened product less 2 way ship and 15% restock costs! 5 starsI have a nine year old Yorky mix. I rescued him last December 2023 When I got him he has a collapsing trachea, I took him too many vets looking for help , and every one of them wanted to give my dog opiates . They wanted to mask the problem and drug my dog. I found *** company , called them , and found them very knowledgeable.I ordered their trachea kit , and after a little more than two months , **** my Yorky hardly hacks at all , where as before this treatment he would be hacking at any little excitement, or being out in the cold. I thought a couple of times I would loose ****** a matter of fact it has been 12 days today that he has not had a hacking incident. Plus he is out there running a little with the other dogs.If your going to try their products you must have patience , these are not drugs that are going to mask the problem.This trachea kit that I am using also addresses the heart liver and kidneys which no other Vet I went to ************ my opinion , This is a good company *******************NHV Natural Pet Products

1 starI purchased Tumiflora and Planteriris. over a month ago. Since giving it to my cat as directed she has absolutely NO IMPROVEMENT! I called to ask for help all they said was to double the dose, nothing else. It's also really difficult to get her to eat it, she won't eat it in her wet food so I have to force it down her throat. I called again to maybe get a refund or have a vet speak to me and they wouldn't offer anything. I tried to set something up on the website to speak to a vet-supposedly it's a free service they offer- but never heard back from them. (Also total lies)Do your pet a favor and your wallet and stay far away from this company. This place is a total scam. 1 starI purchased pet products for my dog two days before black Friday. My order was held and not shipped. I was contacted at 1 pm the day before Thanksgiving 2024 to confirm the order because I was a first time customer. I confirmed the order. At 8 am the next morning g I received an email saying if you order 2 or more bundles you get a 3rd free. I checked to see if my items shipped and they had not yet shipped. I received a call later that day saying my items shipped but the website still confirmed my order had not shipped. I was contacted a 3rd and forth time from different employees and the president of the company directly telling me they will not honor the black Friday special, bor could I cancel the order and rebuild even though the order had not shipped. They refused to just ship the 3rd item free and honor the black Friday special. The last email specifically said they would only honor items purchase within 1 hour of the sale. So be warned that if ordering from them they will not compensate you for orders less than 24 hours before a sale and they will not let you cancel even if your order hasn't shipped. I'm a first time customer purchasing 2 bundles and this is the treatment they feel is appropriate. So when I return the items I was told I would get hit with shipping g fees in addition to restocking fees that could amount to well over $50.00 or more.NHV Natural Pet Products

Well that's unfortunate that the company would say that since the order was not confirmed until the day before Thanksgiving. It was only confirmed after their employee "*****" contacted me at home otherwise the order would not have shipped and at no time during conversations back and forth was a black Friday sale mention especially since I was purchasing a large amount of products specifically on sale within less than 24 hours. I've decided to cancel. I will be charged a restocking fee and also charged for shipping even though the shipping was free. I can send the time stamped email if you'd like.Review fromRhonda G

1 starRegarding the product "get over it". My cat does not seem any better since taking (kinda worse) and I do not like the fact that they don't list all of the Ingingredients. No, they wish she was she about it.They say it contains a proprietary master blend, including sangre, de Grado and Mucura.But what else has it got in it? 1 starShipping is painfully slow. I've waited two weeks for my package, and requested a refund, as the window they provide for maximum dispatch -- 9 days -- had elapsed. I sent several email requests for a refund, and they ignored my messages. But their products didn't help my dog with his health conditions anyway. Their products are ineffective and overpriced. 1 starI had purchased milk thistle from NHV natural pet products.Before I even received my Delivery of their product I unfortunately had to put My dog to sleep.I contacted the company to find out how to return their product without even opening up the box that they shipped the product in.I tried many times to contact them through their email, but it would never go through so I called the company and spoke to a customer service representative.I was told when the product arrives to send an email to the returns department.Today the product that I ordered was delivered and once again, I was unable to send an email to the email that they provided to me.So I did call and I spoke to the same person. I did originally who processed everything and sent me an email..When I receive the email, I saw that they were looking to take An almost 7 dollar fee for restocking the product, they were charging me over $16 for the postage that it cost to send me the product and then they expected me to pay return postage.So basically, I was receiving $32 and change for a $55 in change product and then had to pay postage to return it.I understand that some companies need to have this in place but when something like this happens and their pet passes away, they should make an exception.After a few emails, back-and-forth exception.Im guessing its more important to make money off of grieving pet owners than to eat a little bit here and there.I will never buy another product from them again.NHV Natural Pet Products

1 starI wish I could give zero stars. This company has no ethics and will steal your money. I recently brought their products for my cat and when I showed the ingredients to the veterinarian they suggested against using it. I never used the product, the seal has never been broken. I contacted customer service to return the item and receive a refund I original paid $173.71 for the product, but they will only refund me $112.07! The product cost was $131.85. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The amount deducted from the product cost is $19.78 making your end refund a total of $112.07. This is the return policy and is posted on every page of our website and is also emailed with the confirmation email upon placing the order.
