  On May 12, 2017: BBB serving Mainland BC initiated an investigation on this business after receiving consumer inquiries and complaints which allege they paid for products that had never been delivered, or shipped to a wrong address.
  
  Consumers also expressed that after paying for their order, they got an order number, but never a tracking ID to check where their goods were coming from and the estimated delivering time. Consumers said they found this online retailer advertisement on social media.
  
  Over the course of the investigation, BBB discovered that "The Yogi Store" website shows 2 mailing addresses to return the products: one in Vancouver and another one in Mumbai, India. The Canadian location is a residential address, which appears to be vacant. The Vancouver City Hall informed they have never issued a business licence to that location nor to "The Yogi Store".
  
  This company's website advertises prices in Canadian dollars, but the checkout page shows charges in American dollars. This company's URL was created in October 2016 and does not display phone numbers nor disclose the director's or manager's names.
  
  BBB also confirmed that "The Yogi Store" is not a legal entity registered in British Columbia nor holds a federal incorporation in Canada.
  
  BBB contacted the business via email and requested them to provide a customer service phone number, to clarify the locations of their headquarters and warehouses, and to indicate how they address concerns from unhappy customers. To date, BBB did not receive a response from "The Yogi Store".
  On May 11, 2017: this company's website at the Privacy Policy and Refund pages bring 2 different mailing addresses, one in Vancouver and another in Mumbai, India. To date, BBB could not confirm which one is the correct. It appears the location in India could be either their head office or warehouse. The address is: 2nd Floor, Manju Villa, Unit No.11- Mumbai Maharashatra,IN 400050.
  
  Online search shows that this address in India belongs to a company called "Growth Shift Lab" which appears to be a media marketing agency. BBB could not confirm if this company has affiliations with "The Yogi Store".
