    We had an outstanding experience working with ****** and the team at Easiklip so far! Their level of professionalism and dedication answering questions (even after hours and during the weekend) was exceptional. ****** and the staff provided us with detailed technical information that made us feel confident in our decision-making process. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and approachable throughout our entire interaction.Before making our decision, we explored several other solid hardwood options. Easiklip is unique and innovative being only one of only two companies we've found offering floating solid hardwood floors ideal for our concrete slab foundation.What truly stood out was their excellent problem-solving skills. ****** and her team took the time to actively listen to our specific situation and challenges. They went above and beyond to offer a solution that not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations. In fact, their solution was so good that we canceled a flooring order we had already placed with another company to go with Easiklip instead Our home is in the ** and we were initially concerned about ordering thousands of dollars of material from an ******************************* However the entire process was seamless and hassle-free. What helped is that Easiklip has warehouses in other countries including one relatively close by to us in ************I want to emphasize that Easiklip was truly the easiest and most intuitive part of our house remodel. We ended up using Easiklip for our entire home with the exception of the bathroom/kitchen and my wife and I still cant get over how great the solid hardwood looks and feels. This is truly a innovative DIY friendly product that gives you that checks all the boxes (quality, durability, cost, ease of installation). There is no other product that out on the market that comes close and we cant thank ****** and Easiklip enough!
