I have purchased 1 topper and 3 wigs over the last 5 years from Pacific Hair. The last 2 wigs were not as I ordered. My 3rd wig in 2019 was to have full lace and 150 density hair. When I arrived, I was very upset when given a wig with a solid cap, which I could not pull back for a natural look, so they sewed about a 1/4 inch of lace to the front while I was there, however, because the cap had such a rigged finish ear to ear, the lace was useless and I wouldn’t be pulling my hair back, I had to take it as I needed the hair. This wig lasted me 2.5 years because of the 150 density but I had worn it thin at the back and it was time for a new one. I didn’t want to go back to Pacific hair for my 4th wig but I couldn’t find anyone else that could get me the human hair quality. I have a 4 hr drive to Pacific Hair from where I live so I don’t get to check in on the process of the making of my wig. I went down there in August 2021 to order my new wig and returned in January 2022 to claim the new wig. After speaking with Fanta and emailing her, stressing that the order be correct this time, ( 150 density and 2 inch lace front for natural appearance, I was confident this time everything would be as to the order form agreement. When I arrived I immediately said this is not 150 density and there was a 1/2 inch of lace at one ear that cut down to a 1/4 inch at the other ear, the woman fitting me passed it off with an excuse of different cap construction and weight, I brought this up 3 times, as it was blatantly obvious, even the lace is made for a dark completion and I’m very fair. My photos attached are proof without any words needed, that this wig wasn’t made for me. I want the wig with the order specifications, that it be the high quality **** Hair as my 3rd wig was, 150 density, 2 inch deep lace front (ear to ear, hand tied with monofilament top and same colouring, to be honoured and fulfilled. Fanta continues to ignore my emails.
