      We have used other companies before but nothing is comparable to ***. I've never had my garage door fixed so quickly. They definitely know what they're doing. My garage door sounds brand new!! Thank you so much ????

      Sliding doors were repaired however metal cover plate replacement were not done as promised Subsequent follow ups and calls were ignored by technician Steve and front office Hope your strive for customer service is not just a lip service

      Great service, my garage door came off the rails, I called GVA and we set up an appointment, the door was fixed the next day. Russ was very professional and did a great job!

      Texted GVA with a picture of my issue. Heard back immediately. Got an appointment after discussing whether it was urgent or not. Genuine concern. Both Ross and Marco excellent customer service skills. Had to all office as well and they were quick and efficient. I look forward to calling GVA when I have an issue as they treat me great! *****
