Blue Chip Painting Inc painted our house at the end of June 2022. We noticed some bubbles on the siding in early August, We emailed Jeremy D*****, President of Blue Chip Painting on August 10 and attached a photo of the largest bubble. We requested that this be repaired. He did not reply. We emailed again on August 15 to Jeremy D***** and the info email address for the company and again there was no response. We emailed a third time on August 17 and again no response. On August 25, I left a voice mail message on Jeremy D*****'s cell phone and again there was no response. I have copies of the emails and a voice memo on my phone of the message I left. There is also an area on the fascia where the paint bubbles and peeled off. We were able to have assistance to apply some paint to the exposed wood, however, this needs to be properly painted. We would simply like this to be corrected and are extremely disappointed that Blue Chip Painting has not attended to these repairs.

We have reached out to the customer directly and resolved the issue. There was an issue with the underlying coats of paint that caused some bubbling in our paint. We have dealt with the bubbles and the customer is happy.
