Access Family Services Inc has two main service programs:
(1) Supervised Visitation, helping parents and children enjoy safe parenting time while waiting for their legal proceedings to advance to free access to each other. Their multicultural team provides supervised visitation in the following languages: English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese), Korean, Tagalog, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, and still adding more. Like any child-protection services, in their field of work, they serve the whole range of clients, from easy-to-serve to very high maintenance and always complaining.
(2) AFS Clinic, providing Counselling, Neurofeedback, DNA Testing and Nutrition coaching services helping clients resolve complex personal issues in ways that produce long-lasting better quality of life. They order and explain DNA tests, giving clients 34 lengthy reports with all their genetic info and how to adjust their diet and life style for better health, longevity and weight. Their QEEG and S-Loreta Neurofeedback program uses a scientific approach of assessment and specific audio-video training for the brain to balance its waves and improve its functionality controlling itself and the body. Counselling is often part of Neurofeedback and DNA test explanations. Nutrition coaching may be necessary to implement the DNA testing results.

- For Supervised Visitation they prefer e-transfer payments, and they require payment one day before visits. Other than e-transfer, they accept Law Firm cheques, but not client cheques.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
For Supervised Visitation they require payment one day before service is provided, and they allow rescheduling of visits if needed. Frequent cancellation and rescheduling may lead to payment being required upfront, at the time of booking visits.
For AFS Clinic, they require payment at the beginning of each session. Some discounted packages include more than one session. Rescheduling is allowed, within reason, and with notice.
