a)Failing to meet the facility requirements for funeral providers, contrary to section 32 (3)(a) of the Cremation, Interment and Funeral Services Regulation (CIFSR)
In addition to a $400 administrative monetary penalty, the business has been ordered to reimburse Consumer Protection BC the costs of the inspection in the amount of $400. By law, the business has 30 days to request a reconsideration of the decision.
