      In response to an ad in our local newspaper, I requested a quote for a price to take a cruise as a single (all rates quoted are for double occupancy). Two days later I received a message asking what type of stateroom I was looking for. A telephone appointment was set up for the following day but it never happened. I received a call the following day saying that they would be working on my request the next morning and would have something sent to me (this was day #6 including the day I put in my request). When I did not hear from them for a further 9 days, I sent an email saying that I would be posting a comment on BBB about their lack of service. I immediately received a response giving me a price as requested but no further information was included on flights or accommodation. I contacted a local travel agent and had all information and reservations completed within 24 hours. Needless to say I will not be contacting CruisePlus again.
